Given the brand’s operating history and profitability, marketing strategy targeting both strategic and financial investors was needed.

This deal required a dual approach, combining a competitive sale with targeted outreach to encourage buyer competition and secure favorable terms for our client. We provided advisory support by coordinating communications with multiple buyers and proactively managing uncertainties throughout due diligence and negotiations.
